General Policies
There is no supervised coat check. Recommend that you leave knapsacks,
briefcases, portfolios and parcels out of sight in a locked car.
Cameras, video recorders, and tripods are prohibited within the galleries
in advance. Special requests for non-commercial and commercial productions must be made up to four weeks. A fee may apply.
Visitors are welcome to sketch in the galleries using pencils only.
Please do not touch the artifacts on display. Help preserve the collections
for future generations to enjoy.
Please refrain from shouting, running and rowdy behaviour. The Museum is for everyone's enjoyment.
Eating and drinking are not permitted in the galleries.
For First Aid and Articles Lost or Found, please report to the Museum Admissions Desk.
Use of a wheelchair is available free of charge.
No smoking is permitted in the building or on the Viewing Platform.
If you have become lost or separated from a member of your party,
please report to the Museum Admissions Desk.

Booking Policies
Minimum of 2 weeks required for booking, and up to two months
or more during the peak season.
A booking will be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit
of 15% or $15.00 (whichever is less). If a booking is
cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour, a $15.00 cancellation
fee will be charged.
For food packages a 50% deposit is required.
Complimentary for group chaperones (one for every eight elementary
students, one for every twelve secondary students,admitted free).
Bus drivers and tour escorts are entitled to complimentary admission.
Additional persons joining the group, other than chaperones are
charged the respective individual group rate.
